Multiple account registrations are strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or permanently closed. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Any changes to personal details must be updated promptly through your account settings.

Password Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your account login credentials — including your username and password — confidential. 2323 will never ask for your password via email or any channel outside the platform. All activity that occurs through your account is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact our support team immediately and change your password right away.

User Responsibilities

Users agree not to use the 2323 platform for any unlawful purposes, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, harassment of other users, or any activity that may compromise the integrity of the platform. The use of automation software, bots, or any technical means to exploit the platform is strictly prohibited.

3. Payments, Deposits & Transactions

All financial transactions on the 2323 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Our platform supports a range of popular local payment methods in Malaysia, including DuitNow and approved digital wallet services.

Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is as stated on the platform's deposit page. All deposits are subject to verification by the payment provider. 2323 is not responsible for any delays caused by third-party payment providers. Deposited funds may not be transferred to other users.

Withdrawal

Withdrawal requests will be processed within the timeframe stated on the platform, depending on the chosen payment method. 2323 reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) before approving any withdrawal, to ensure transaction security and meet relevant compliance requirements. Any attempt to withdraw funds obtained through means that violate these terms will be blocked, and the account in question will be subject to investigation.

Bonuses and promotions offered by 2323 are subject to specific terms stated alongside each offer. Wagering requirements, bonus validity periods, and game restrictions all form part of the bonus terms. Users found to be abusing the bonus system may face action including bonus forfeiture and account closure.

5. Account Suspension & Closure Policy

2323 reserves the right to suspend or close a user account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

  • The user is found to have violated any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
  • There is suspicious activity indicating fraud, money laundering, or platform abuse.
  • The user provided false or misleading identity information during registration or the KYC process.

In the event of account closure due to a terms violation, any remaining balance may be held pending investigation. 2323 will notify the user via their registered email address regarding the closure decision and available options, unless disclosure is restricted by legal requirements.

Users may also close their own account at any time by contacting the 2323 support team. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe once all pending transactions have been settled.
